Your plan gives you a bank of tokens every month, and every deliverable in the catalog has a fixed price in tokens. So you always know what a request costs before you make it, and you split the bank across design, paid media, SEO, content, social and web however suits you that month. And what you don't use isn't lost from one month to the next: every token is valid for 60 days. Here is the detail.
Yes, for 60 days. Every token is valid for 60 days from the moment it enters your bank. If you paid your subscription in August and only used half, the other half adds to September's tokens and you can use it whenever you want within that period. Only what is still unused when the 60 days are up expires, so in practice you always have up to two months of tokens available. You can see your current balance in the token panel at any time.
A token is the unit you pay each deliverable with. Every service in the catalog has a fixed price in tokens based on the work involved: a reel is around 40 tokens, an SEO audit about 100 and a full landing page about 280. You see the price in the portal when you pick the service, before confirming, and it is the same for every client. A token is not an hour: you pay for the result, not the time.
When you submit a request, the tokens are put on hold; they are only deducted for good once our team accepts it. If for any reason we decline it, they go back to your bank in full. Everything is visible in the real-time token panel: how many you have available, how many are on hold and what each one was spent on.
On the first day of each billing cycle your bank receives your plan's tokens, which add to any tokens from the previous cycle that are still valid. You can see the exact date in your billing panel, along with the usage of the cycle that is ending.
Each plan includes a number of simultaneous active requests: one on Explorer, two on Boost, four on Scale and unlimited on Agency. You can create as many requests as you want; those beyond the limit wait in the queue and start as soon as a slot frees up. Delivery time also depends on the plan: 72 business hours on Boost, 48 on Scale and 24-hour priority on Agency. If something is urgent, Express delivery shortens the deadline in exchange for extra tokens.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately, with the larger bank available from that moment. Downgrades apply on the next cycle, so you can finish using the current cycle's tokens without losing anything.
Every deliverable includes one round of adjustments at no cost: you review, comment inside the same request and the team fixes it. Additional rounds consume tokens, and you see the price before confirming them.
We quote it as a special project: we tell you how many tokens and how many business days, and you decide. The deadline starts counting when you accept the quote, not when we send it, so the date you see is the real one.
There is no forced contract: you can pause or cancel at the end of any cycle. Still, for SEO and paid media we recommend a minimum of 3 months: these channels need accumulated data to be optimized, and the first solid results usually show from the second or third month.
