How we approach design

On-demand design has a well-known trap: producing a lot of work where nothing looks related. We avoid it with a preliminary step that costs no tokens: we gather your brand — typefaces, palette, tone, references and what has worked before — into the Company Brain, and every new piece starts from there. The result is that the tenth request looks like the first even if a different person on the team produces it.

Every request includes one round of adjustments at no cost. Additional rounds consume tokens, and the price is visible before you confirm them, so nobody gets a surprise on the invoice. For pieces that repeat every month — story templates, carousel formats — it is worth requesting the system once and then only the adaptations: cheaper in tokens and more consistent in brand.

What each deliverable includes

• The social post delivers the design and the copy in whichever formats you need of the same piece, ready to publish.
• The reel or TikTok of up to 60 seconds includes editing, subtitles, music and any vertical adaptations you request.
• Animated pieces and GIFs come from the same visual system as the rest, so the brand does not change from one format to another.
• All deliverables are sent with the editable files in addition to the final export.

Frequently asked questions

How many rounds of changes does a piece include?

One at no cost. You review, comment inside the same request and the team fixes it. If another round is needed, it is quoted in tokens and you see the price before approving it.

Can I request several pieces at once?

Yes, within your plan's active request limit: two on Boost, four on Scale and unlimited on Agency. Anything beyond that waits in the queue and starts when a slot frees up.

Do you work with the visual identity I already have?

Yes, and that is the norm. We load your brand guidelines into the Company Brain and everything is produced from there. If you do not have a defined identity, it can be built as a separate project before starting recurring production.
