01
Choose your plan

Pick the plan that matches your workload. Each plan includes a fixed number of monthly tokens. It starts with a kickoff call with your Growth Marketing team.

02
Request it in the portal

Describe what you need and pick the service. Each request consumes the corresponding tokens and you see your balance update instantly.

03
Get your deliverable

Our team (design, paid media, SEO, content, web) executes with delivery times defined by service type. One round of revisions included.

04
Measure and adjust

Every delivery comes with performance data. We adjust the next request based on what worked — that is what no other token platform does.

What happens from the moment you send a request

You describe what you need in the portal and pick the service from the catalog. At that point you see how many tokens it costs and the committed delivery date, before confirming anything. When you submit, the tokens are put on hold — not deducted — and the request enters the Operations queue.

The team reviews and accepts it. That is when the tokens are actually deducted and an owner is assigned along with the relevant area. If for any reason the request cannot be taken on, the tokens return to your bank in full: you never pay for something that was not produced.

What is worth having ready before you request

  • The objective of the piece, not just the format. "A reel to announce the new plan" produces a better result than "a reel".
  • Your brand material loaded into the Company Brain: logos, typefaces, palette and tone. Loaded once, it serves every request.
  • References you like and ones you do not. It saves at least one round of adjustments.
  • Who approves on your side. Deliveries waiting for approval are the most common reason a date slips.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a delivery take?

It depends on the plan and the service: 72 business hours on Boost, 48 on Scale and 24-hour priority on Agency. You see the committed date before confirming the request, not after.

What if I do not like the deliverable?

You request changes from the same ticket, without opening a new one. The first round of adjustments costs no tokens; later ones do, and you see the price before approving them.

Can I talk to the team during production?

Yes, each request has its own conversation inside the portal. The whole exchange stays there, next to the deliverable, and does not get lost in email threads.
